He brings expertise in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, private credit, rights issues, and APOs—driving both organic growth and strategic expansion. Tyrone holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies and is committed to bold execution, innovation, and long-term value creation.
