Tyrone Wilson
Chairman
Tyrone Wilson is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Kintyre Holdings (formerly iCreate Limited), a diversified group with investments in digital and creative industries, hospitality, real estate, advertising, legal finance, and strategic business consulting. As a pioneer in digital media, Tyrone launched iCreate Institute from scratch, training over 10,000 Jamaican and Caribbean nationals in digital and creative fields. In 2019, iCreate made history as the first educational company to list on the Jamaica Stock Exchange, with Tyrone achieving this milestone as the youngest CEO to serve on the Jamaica Stock Exchange at that time.
Tyrone attended the prestigious Jamaica College and pursued a Degree in Banking and Finance at the University of the West Indies, Mona (Jamaica). He has received several accolades, including the Prime Minister Youth Award in Entrepreneurship, the Caribbean Journal Entrepreneur of the Year Award, the PSOJ 50 Under Fifty Award, and being named one of Caribbean Journal's 25 Most Interesting People in 2013.
Tyrone’s personal belief in resilience, perseverance, and commitment has guided him throughout his entrepreneurial journey. These principles have not only shaped his success but also his approach to overcoming challenges, such as living with sickle cell disease.
In addition to his business ventures, Tyrone serves on various government boards and committees, including the Jamaica Productivity Centre and the Digital Transformation Think Tank, advising on behalf of government ministers and the Prime Minister. His leadership and vision continue to shape Jamaica's digital and entrepreneurial landscape. He also lends his time to charity initiatives, such as Sickle Cell support, youth empowerment, and entrepreneurship mentorship.
Nick Rowles-Davies
Director
Dr. Nick Rowles-Davies is a distinguished leader in legal finance, known for his extensive experience across high-profile roles. As the CEO of Lexolent Limited, he leads the world’s first global legal finance network and successfully executed the first close of a significant litigation fund. His visionary approach to legal finance has consistently driven innovation, launching cutting-edge platforms and networks that have revolutionized the industry.
Among his notable achievements, Dr. Rowles-Davies oversaw the impressive growth of Vannin Capital, where he expanded the firm’s funding capacity from £25 million to £100 million (approximately J$19.5 billion), demonstrating his capability in scaling financial operations and driving significant growth within the legal finance sector. This accomplishment underscores his expertise in managing high-value funds and his reputation as a leader in the industry.
Dr. Rowles-Davies has also held critical roles in launching IPOs, raising capital, and leading international business development across various organizations. His career highlights include serving as the Executive Vice Chairman of Litigation Capital Management Limited, where he led global market activities and contributed to significant fundraises.
With an educational background from prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford, and various professional qualifications, Dr. Rowles-Davies is also an established author and speaker, recognized for his thought leadership in litigation funding and dispute resolution.
Dr. Rowles-Davies has joined the Kintyre Holdings Board of Directors and will serve as Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Investment Committees, bringing his extensive experience and strategic insight to these key leadership roles.
Anthony Dunn
Director
Anthony Dunn is a Director of iCreate Limited and serves as the Chairman of its Audit Committee. He is also the Chief Investment Officer for Delta Capital Partners Limited (DeltaCap), bringing extensive expertise in strategic and operational management, international finance, private equity, and treasury management.
Before joining DeltaCap, Mr. Dunn founded and served as the Chief Investment Officer for Ostrich Private Equity Investment Fund LP, a private equity fund and advisory firm based in the Cayman Islands and Delaware, USA. His career includes a four-and-a-half-year tenure as Treasurer of Jamaica Public Service Company Limited (JPS), the island’s only electricity provider, where he managed treasury operations, financing, investments, risk management, and led the successful offering of US$180 million in senior unsecured notes in the US Private Debt Market, the first such offer by a Jamaican corporate company.
Prior to JPS, Mr. Dunn was the Treasurer of Grace Kennedy & Co. Ltd, a leading Caribbean conglomerate, where he spent 15 years in treasury, operations, and finance. He also held the role of Acting General Manager and Director of the Petroleum Company of Jamaica (PETCOM) and chaired the Finance and Procurement Committee before its divestment. As a consultant, Mr. Dunn advises two of the largest petroleum retail companies in the Caribbean, Sol Caribbean and Rubis Energy Jamaica, and is recognized as an authority in private equity and venture capital investing.
Throughout his career, Mr. Dunn has been involved in raising over US$1 billion in international capital markets, continuing to play a significant role in global finance. He holds a BBA from the University of North Florida and an MBA from Florida International University.
Larren Peart
Director
Larren Peart is a seasoned entrepreneur and information technologist with deep expertise in research and data intelligence. He serves as the Chairman of the HR & Compensation Committee at iCreate Limited. Larren is the founder of BlueDot, where he developed innovative data intelligence methodologies that have become foundational to the company’s success. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including research techniques, consumer neuroscience, retail intelligence, and data mining.
Larren played a pivotal role in steering Jamaica’s technological recovery during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2020, he was appointed to the Economic Recovery Taskforce (New Economy Task Force) to guide the country’s adaptation to new technological realities. One of his notable achievements was the conceptualization and execution of Jamaica’s first cashless Farmers Market in June 2020. He also led the team that developed the highly successful E-commerce National Delivery System (ENDS) in 2021, which allowed businesses to continue operating during the pandemic lockdowns.
Larren’s innovative contributions to technology and data intelligence continue to shape Jamaica’s economic and digital landscape, making him a key figure in both business and national recovery efforts.

Adrian Smith is an experienced Investment Banker with over 10 years of experience, having raised and executed deals totaling in excess of 15 million USD. He is a graduate of Wolmer's Boys' High School in Kingston, Jamaica, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tampa.
With a proven track record of success in the financial industry, having worked for leading institutions such as Dequity Capital Management Limited where he held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Also, Executive Wealth Advisor at National Commercial Bank Capital Market. In his previous roles, he has held various positions, including Relationship Manager, Premier Wealth Sales Manager, Senior Wealth Manager, and Director of Private Banking.
Adrian is a highly skilled and motivated individual with a deep understanding of the financial markets and a strong commitment to providing his clients with the highest level of service. He is also a passionate advocate for the development of the Jamaican financial sector. Been integral in bringing three companies listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange and currently sits on the board of a listed Junior Market Company.
